On July 1, 2010, Altep released version 3.0 of its custom-developed document review platform, INSPICIO®.   With fully-integrated true native review, To Do Lists, an Attachment Viewer, robust searching capabilities, near-duplicate detection and email threading, and a variety of other time- and money-saving capabilities, INSPICIO® v.2.0 captured the attention of attorneys and litigation support professionals in firms and Fortune 100 corporations across the country.  Now, version 3.0 offers an expanded suite of capabilities via the integration of Content Analyst Company's conceptual searching technology.  Content Analyst’s unique, patented data analysis engine (also known as CAAT) provides advanced Conceptual Search based on Latent Semantic Indexing – a mathematical technique that enables CAAT to acquire information about any given document population from the actual documents being indexed.

• Concept Searching
  Use one paragraph or an entire document to construct complex conceptual queries.  Easily identify documents that contain similar ideas, not just the given word or phrase.  Create blended queries comprised of a concept plus any number of tags, keywords or phrases. Sophisticated hit highlighting illustrates parts of the document that are most relevant to the concept query with increasingly darker shades of yellow.

• Dynamic Clustering
  Easily identify patterns of concepts that occur throughout the document population

• Categorization
  Create unlimited document categories, and select exemplar paragraphs or documents to "train" CAAT on the concepts it should be looking for.  Generate and re-generate categories on demand.  "Uncategorized documents" folder automatically catches irrelevant materials.

• Mass Tagging and Workflow Management based on conceptual patterns
  Create To Do Lists from any category, cluster or conceptual search result set. Mass tag documents based on the concepts they involve.

• Find Inconsistent Tagging 
  Select any tag and any document; Inspicio® will quickly identify documents throughout the population that are conceptually similar to the sample document, but tagged inconsistently.
